Planned Preventative Maintenance
Broadgate Energy offers tailored planned preventative maintenance (PPM) packages to protect the condition of your electrical installations. A PPM is designed to prevent the breakdown and failure of equipment, ensuring that your business faces no downtime and increasing the lifespan of your electricals.
Included in your PPM programme will be several checks of equipment, along with the replacement of worn components, general overhauls and electrical servicing. There is no set timing for how often you require a PPM as maintenance checks are based on the condition of your equipment, the latest maintenance standards and whether we have recommended any remedial work. Through carrying out these checks, you should be able to save a considerable amount of money.
General Maintenance
All of our engineers are NICEIC approved, which means that they are able to complete yearly maintenance visits for those with, particularly hazardous sites. This is based on your requirements and can either be a continuous rolling contract or one-off visits to refurbish electrical equipment or complete new installations, for example. During maintenance, we often come across installations which have been completed by noncertified electricians, so we would like to give all of our client’s peace of mind that work will be carried out correctly.
